ANSWER: The modem (where the phone line

You are probably entering either your username or password incorrectly.
Make sure your username is in all lowercase letters
and the password has at least one capital letter.

ANSWER: Internet Explorer has a built-in Idle Disconnect
set for 20 mins. With Windows 98, Start » Settings

ANSWER: Our service limits users to be online
for a maximum of four hours at a time. Our service deliberately disconnects
your computer to give others a chance to get online.
