To setup iMac for access to IOCC.com:
1. On your desktop,
click on the Apple symbol in the left upper corner of
the screen.
2. Choose Internet Access, then Internet Setup
Assistant.
3. "Would you like to setup you iMac to use the internet?" Choose
yes.
4. "Do you already have an Internet account?" Choose yes.
5. Click the right arrow to continue.
6. "What would you like to name this configuration?" Type IOCC.com.
7. "How will you be connecting to the internet?" Choose modem.
8. Click the right arrow to continue.
9. "Which modem are you using?" Choose iMac Internal
56K.
10. "Which port is the modem connected to?" Choose internal
modem.
11. "Does your phone line use tone or pulse?" Choose tone.
12. Click the right arrow to continue.
13. "What is the phone number for this configuration?" Click
here for phone numbers.
14. "What name do you use with this service?" Type your username
(all lowercase).
15. "What is your password?" Type your password (at least one
letter must be uppercase).
16. Click the right arrow to continue.
17. "Does your ISP require that you use a PPP connect script when
you log in?" Choose no.
18. Click the right arrow to continue.
19. "Is there an IP address for this configuration?" Choose
no.
20. Click the right arrow to continue.
21. "What is the DNS address for this configuration?" Click
here for DNS numbers.
22. "What is the domain name for this configuration?" Type iocc.com.
23. Click the right arrow to continue.
24. "What is the e-mail address for this configuration?" Type
your_username@iocc.com.
25. "What is the e-mail password for this configuration?" Type
your correct password.
26. Click the right arrow to continue.
27. "What is the e-mail account for this configuration?" Type
your_username@pop.iocc.com.
28. "What is the e-mail host for this configuration?" Type mail.iocc.com.
29. Click the right arrow to continue.
30. "What is the news group host for this configuration?" Type
news.iocc.com.
31. Click the right arrow to continue.
32. "Do you want to use proxy servers for internet connections?"
Choose no.
33. Click right arrow to continue.
34. Choose go ahead.

Internet:
Double-click on the desktop icon named Browse the Internet
