Methods of Payment
- Quarterly Statement (billed through the mail every 3 months)
- Automatic Bank Draft (deducted from your checking account around the first of each month)
- Credit Card (billed to your credit card around the first of the month)
- Annual Payment (10% Discount)
Methods of Cancellation
You cannot cancel your account by telephone! We do this to protect you
from malcious people.
- Email: billing @ iocc.com
Include your username, name, city and any other relevant information.
- Visit our Arkadelphia office.
Fill out your information on a Disconnect Form
- Mail a letter to our address (below).
Include your username, name, city and any other relevant information.
- FAX a message (number below) to us.
Include your username, name, city and any other relevant information.
Important: Disconnects are recorded at the end of the month (see
section 15 under of Terms and Conditions).
If you request disconnection on March 2nd, you will be billed for use during
the remainder of March (until the 31st).
